Email Communications Specialist, University Relations
Builds, executes and continuously improves email communications for the University using a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system and/or a designated email marketing platform; tracks and manages analytics and creates weekly reports; builds email templates; ensures all email communications are prepared and approved on deadline; quickly addresses technical difficulties and refines or implements workflow processes to reduce errors; provides internal consultation on email best practices; and responds quickly to requests, including requests for digital communications to be sent promptly.
