Job Description:

• Processes incoming manuscripts and routes them to outside vendors, internal departments, or authors.
• Processes and sizes graphic files in Photoshop.
• Monitors production schedules to help ensure that deadlines are met.
• Processes and approves invoices to be paid.
• Resolves manufacturing problems.
• Assists in efficient workflow procedures with moderate/high levels of supervision. Acts as an informal resource for associates with less experience.
• Responds to delays, errors, or quality issues. Resolves atypical problems working within defined procedures.
• Performs other related work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree.  

Experience:

• A minimum two years of related experience.
• A minimum of one year of user-level experience with Windows, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, and HTML.    

Technical Skills or Knowledge:

• Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
