The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the day-to-day project plans, and relationships with key stakeholders for the 401k market strategies across channels in both retail and 3rd party nationwide. This will include working closely with cross functional internal teams and wholesalers to position our products and drive sales growth.
Location - Flexible: *This role will include a combination of remote work and a few days per week onsite in our Charlotte office.
Drives effectiveness and efficiency of the business in developing and driving the strategic agenda for 401k market through pulling together strategy documents and presentations for Senior Leaders
Creates written and graphical presentations of qualitative and quantitative data (messaging, data analysis, and materials) for internal and external audiences
Design detail project plan to implement strategy initiatives and track progress of implementation
Provide support with partnering with other members from Group Retirement to develop and drive strategy forward including RFP, Product and Operations reporting on updates in Quarterly meetings
Provides and compiles monthly/quarterly reports and presentations for Senior Leadership meetings on status updates of plans and other business objectives (MBR, QBR, leadership meetings, etc.)
Development and implement plan for growth through all channels with new ways of working such as agile methodologies
Create a database to track all conferences and assist with any coordination required
Partner with legal and Business Development on contract reviews for major associations
Reporting and Analysis of defined Key Performance Indicators
Coordinate implementation of automated business intelligence and analytical tools to increase operational efficiency
Develop a library of reporting dashboards to leverage analytics to support business development
Develop and execute an internal communication strategy including a calendar and library of templates for communications and presentations aimed at driving consistent, accurate and meaningful messaging about the state of the business
Serve as the Distribution point of contact for key marketing initiatives
Collaborate onboarding and training of new hires to ensure consistency
Provide project management support of key strategic partnership initiatives

Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
Business Markets: Knowledge of existing and planned markets and market-related initiatives from the perspectives of the competition, the suppliers, the customer base and the regulatory environment; ability to apply market knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of key uses and benefits of data analysis tools; ability to utilize data analysis tools to identify factors influencing business performance and to gain greater insight into trends within a business, industry and customer base.
Market Research: Knowledge of market research; ability to collect, collate and analyze information about existing or potential markets and market needs.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Strategic Sales Planning: Knowledge of sales principles, processes, techniques and tools; ability to develop sales plans that are future-oriented, support business strategy and reflect understanding of emerging, as well as existing, opportunities and markets.

Additional Requirements include:
2+ years Project Management or Business Analysis or Project Coordinator experience
Advanced in MS Office Suite
Advance Power Point and Presentation experience
Tableau experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in insurance preferred
