Additional Requirements include:
- 2+ years Project Management or Business Analysis or Project Coordinator experience
- Advanced in MS Office Suite
- Advance Power Point and Presentation experience
- Tableau experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in insurance preferred
- Success in the position is highly dependent on the individual's mastery across four key competency dimensions: strategic, operating, interpersonal, and technical
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Adept at multi-tasking, have unquestionable integrity, with an uncompromising commitment to quality and superb attention to detail
- Ability for foster relationships across all channels and key partners
- Well-developed financial and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
