What does a successful Senior Business Analyst Manager do?
The Senior Business Analyst Manager will provide business analysis support for the Careers website, accessed from Fiserv.com. This role will collaborate with the Human Resources and Global Brand Corporate Communications Teams to continually enrich the careers website to reflect Fiserv's employer brand and to attract top talent around the globe. The Senior Business Analyst Manager will provide expertise, capturing and translating business requirements to functional and technical specifications in support of strategic technology build and enhancement projects. The skilled person in this role will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, process definition and testing. The Senior Business Analyst Manager will also have a good working knowledge of relational data and data structures used to navigate data, create reports and export information as needed.
As the Senior Business Analyst Manager you will :
Collaborate with Fiserv HR staff and recruiters to enrich the Fiserv.com Careers site to continually reflect Fiserv's employer brand and attract top tier talent partner with functional teams within Global Brand to define and sponsor development projects supporting digital marketing and communications efforts act as a business liaison, translating the Human Resources and Communications Team's business needs for the digital design and development teams. Participate in projects, meetings and problem solving as a subject matter expert on Fiserv human resources information. Support ad-hoc data requests for extracting data from multiple sources, matching and analyzing the data as needed and converting it into meaningful dashboard and reporting formats
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Business Administration and/or Information Systems
- 6+ years of business analysis experience including data analysis and reporting
- 6+ years of MS Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- 2+ years of Human Resources system experience

- Superior communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization
- Superior working relationships with both internal and external teams
- Good planning, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple input types and requests effectively
- Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from management
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Professional demeanor to favorably represent the Company at all times
- Advanced PowerBI skills
- Strong PC skills; MS Outlook, Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and Visio
- Knowledge of relational data and ability to write SQL queries
- Workday experience
- Financial Services background
