Job Description
Here at Rockwell, we have more than 24,500 employees - with more than 5,000 in our Global Sales and Marketing team - serving customers, each other, and our communities. Our teams count on us to help connect them to a larger purpose, to find ways to expand human possibility, and link to what the world needs most. And, let's be honest, it's even better when we can help make it a better day showing up to this important work. That's what we do. We create better days for people who want to make a difference in the world. We use communications tools, resources, and our own ingenuity to foster culture, connections and business results.
You're a communications Swiss Army knife.
As the Internal Communications Manager focused on the Global Sales and Marketing organization - you're a communications expert identifying what's working, what's not - and being a creative problem solver to get things done. You work with our Chief Revenue officer and the leadership team to bring your best ideas to deliver meaningful content, thoughtful delivery in digital channels, and a constant quest for excellence. You will have the opportunity to work with anyone and everyone - from these commercial business leaders to employees in locations around the world to drive meaningful, positive change, connecting people and building better days. You use data to inform your decisions, and storytelling to engage those around you.
Good communicators have solid skills to ensure messages are developed and understood. Great communicators have that, plus the empathy and agility to care about their audience and outcomes needed.
Which are you?

Are you a curious person? Do you thrive on meaningful interactions? This role will partner with people across our global businesses, Internal Communications, Human Resources and Talent to build and promote a culture that values the engagement of every individual, their contributions, and inspires performance. This is a special place to build a career - and we want people to know it and for you to help shape our growing and vibrant company.
