The Annenberg Inclusion Initiative at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism is the leading global think tank studying inclusion in entertainment. We work on original research and sponsored projects, and advocate for underrepresented communities. The Initiative is seeking an administrative assistant to work with its staff and student team to provide support for a range of projects and needs.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with Dr. Katherine Pieper, Program Director, Ariana Case, Program Manager, Dr. Stacy L. Smith, the Initiativeâs Founder, as well as the Initiative staff and student team. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support across scheduling, purchasing, office management, and events. The Administrative Assistant may also be asked to help with research tasks as needed, and will interface with other offices on and off campus. The Administrative Assistant will also oversee special projects related to the Initiativeâs advocacy efforts.
