The Director CDMA Operations will support the CSO and CDMA organization through proactive leadership of key processes and initiatives, monitoring progress, and drive execution of action plans in support of business priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Integrated Medical Brand Planning - Lead process and collaborate with Disease Area teams in the planning process to develop integrated medical brand plans, ensuring Medical scientific excellence and coordination with Medical Affairs functions. *Project management - Define, manage, and drive key projects and strategic initiatives to successful execution and measurable business impact including preparing and presenting regular updates for CDMA LT and other stakeholders. *Strategic Communications/CSO Support - Prepare key strategic content/presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Organize and prioritize key meetings and critical issues providing required information for the CSO to facilitate efficient decision making. Partner with USCDMA Operations and Communications on internal communication messaging and communication platforms (e.g. weekly/monthly communication efforts, SharePoint site management, Town Halls, etc.) *Performance Management - Partner with Leadership team medical strategies and translate into objectives and results for each function. Based on established KPIs, review progress and updates on key priorities and initiatives including key business metrics (KPIs, Financials, Trials milestones, etc.). Develop and initiate action plans to address gaps. *Ad-Hoc Requests/Miscellaneous responsibilities - Manage and deliver on ad-hoc re-quests from CSO and other Medical Affairs LT members. Supports CMO in monthly/regular MLT meetings, e.g. defining actions plans, follow-up, etc.
