This position directly supports the day-to-day professional operation of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR) by performing essential administrative support services for the College and its interdisciplinary academic programs. Duties include scheduling of meetings and calendar management. Facilitate undergraduate curriculum processes, class scheduling, sequencing and forecast section and enrollment needs, and assessment. Direct administrators, faculty, staff, and students to the right source, with the right answers. Prepare and provide degree program enrollment and student success data for administrative use. In addition, support marketing and branding for the College and affiliates to foster and maintain a social media presence in partnership with IANR media and the CASNR recruitment team by uploading articles or creating content on various social sites, upload/edit articles on website, create PowerPoint slides and informational handouts. Position exercises a high level of professionalism, teamwork, customer service, and confidentiality.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software such as PowerPoint required. Ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communications skills necessary.
Ability to learn and use new software. Experience with website editing and social media/public relations experience a plus. Prior evidence of working with diverse teams in a busy environment preferred.
