Understanding of mass communications with emphasis on web, content management systems, accessibility, user experience, and design fundamentals. Proven work experience developing and maintaining interactive web sites.Strong coding, design, troubleshooting, and project management skills, as well as willingness to learn new technologies, study trends and conduct research.Proficiency in HTML, content management systems, CSS (including frameworks like Foundation and Bootstrap), JavaScript, code editors (Sublime Text/Dreamweaver), Git version control, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Ability to work independently and in teams. Must be highly organized, detailed, customer-service oriented and have strong communications skills.High School diploma or equivalent is required.
