WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manages Division digital marketing platforms to support customer and business needs. The primary platform for this role will be the web, with additional support for email, mobile, social and Division in support of marketing and sales. Share best practices, perform research and align platforms and features to business partners' priorities and needs. You will also lead digital analytics with support from our media agency, as well the Digital Review Board to drive internal approvals on new digital projects/platforms. You will collaborate with Digital Strategists, Content Strategists, Analytics and IT to drive platform health, implementation and best-in-class use.
Responsible for understanding digital platform capabilities and responsible for training key users of each platform, with an emphasis on web.
Responsible for platform project management including establishing business requirements, defining functional specifications and use cases and performing functional and UA testing.
Responsible for project coordination including timeline management, meeting facilitation, and action item follow-up across partners for platform implementation.
Manages and prioritizes issues and new features with IT partners and vendors across platforms.
Manages platforms including user access, feature updates and maintenance.
Lead digital analytics leverages the Google suite of products.
Lead the EP Digital Review Board to drive internal approvals on new projects/platforms.
Leads and supports research and testing of possible platforms in support of Digital platform roadmap.
Supports new digital platform requests by providing process guidance, technology options and feedback on business cases.
Utilizes agile workflow in ongoing work assignments.
Optimizes performance of platforms through a data driven approach for each channel, using data to improve technologies and features.
Works closely with internal peers and groups including Corporate, Legal, Regulatory and Privacy to ensure governance and platform alignment with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of Digital marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare or high-tech marketing. 5+ years of digital technology project experience.
Experience with Enterprise web platforms (AEM preferred).
Efficient project management with ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Flawless attention to detail; highly organized.
Demonstrated use of analytics and data management in decision making on platform features and use.
Experience with platform feature evaluation against business requirements, as well as prioritization.
Expertise in use case writing and user acceptance testing.
Experience with agile methodology approach and tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello).
Proven experience working with cross functional teams, outside vendors; and managing multiple internal stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including open communication and negotiating technical scope and dependencies.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Technical and analytic curiosity is a must.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar), Google Analytics, Sales tools (Salesforce, marketing materials apps), Social (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube), preferred.
