The Director PMO Research Collaborations (Cardiovascular) will play a leadership role in supporting a major, multi-year research collaborations with academic centers, medical societies, and major systems of care through establishing program metrics, rep-resenting the company, and managing internal communications and stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Collaboration/Project Leadership - Partner with CRM Franchise and Medical Unit to define program metrics. Drive collaboration activities to meet key timelines and deliverables. Ensure focus on overall collaboration *Partnership Governance - Work with Partner to develop collaboration governance, decision making bodies, processes, and operating rhythm. Defines decision making processes and ownership as well as escalation process, to ensure rapid decision making *Communications/Senior Stakeholder Engagement - Represent Novartis on relevant governance teams and decision-making bodies related to the collaboration. Ensure engagement of key internal stakeholder through frequent communications and progress reports, highlighting successes, potential issues and risk, and facilitating solutions, as needed.
