Learning and Development Manager
Mission: Under general direction of the Human Resources Director, will manage professional learning and capacity development to advance First Federal’s mission, vision and goals. Learning & Development Manager functions as a single incumbent training department and will confer with management and identify training needs.  Incumbent will personally plan, lead, develop and implement training initiatives and provide new hire orientation training programs as well as identify & enroll staff in external training programs as appropriate and within budget. Principal Accountabilities: Training and Delivery:  Partner with the Leadership Team to define and execute on a multi-year L&D strategy
