Deloitte's Green Dot Agency is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who's inspired by new trends and emerging technologies. You must be able to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of Senior Designers to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. You must also be passionate about design and eager to learn more. You will learn to produce creative print, digital, motion, and exhibition solutions in a fast-paced in-house agency environment. Ultimately, your design will promote our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
The Team The Green Dot Agency is Deloitte's in-house agency. Sitting within the Marketing Excellence (ME) organization, we provide value to Deloitte by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.
Understand project requirements and concepts
Use various techniques to create drafts and prototypes
Produce final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, interfaces)
Pitch creative ideas
Collaborate with team members to launch projects
Use feedback from other designers to improve your work
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Liaise with account, art direction, and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Stay up to date with industry developments and tools
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
Demonstrates leadership, maturity, and accountability through extra-curricular and community activities
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exhibits a high level of professionalism with a strong executive presence
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Capable of navigating and performing research on the Internet
Brand & Communication skills
Capable of navigating and performing research on the Internet
Develops integrated marketing campaigns that leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success
Leverages design thinking, and other modern problem-solving tools, to develop innovative marketing solutions
Demonstrates excellent command of editorial standards, along with strong editing and proofreading skills
Provides creative ideas and input to enhance communication programs
Supports delivering Deloitte's story to a variety of stakeholders through multiple communication channels and thought leadership initiatives as defined by our corporate communications strategy.
Creative and Digital Skills
Skilled in Adobe Creative and Marketing Clouds (i.e. AEM, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, InCopy)
Brings creative concepts to life through video production and motion design
Manages print, digital, and video production projects
Drives the creative process to produce high-quality, original content
Leverages technology to support and enhance communication processes
Uses Workfront to enhance collaboration, manage assets and maintain visibility of project workflows
Required Education BFA/BA
Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Social Science is a plus
Years of Experience 1+

Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
