Anderson University and The Center for Leadership & Organizations invites applications for a tenure or professional-track faculty opening (open rank/tenure-track) to teach in an interdisciplinary PhD in Leadership program. Minimum requirements include a terminal research degree in a field closely affiliated with leadership or organizational studies (see below). Candidates must demonstrate experience in teaching and supervising research at the graduate level. We are looking for candidates who can teach doctoral seminars and supervise dissertations in leadership, organizational design and behavior, organizational change, and strategy. All CLO faculty will also teach sections in our research methods sequence.
Faculty rank will be determined at the time of appointment based on experience and record of publication. This position will be based in Anderson, South Carolina beginning Summer or Fall terms 2022.
