Episcopal High School is seeking a motivated, self-starting, personable, highly skilled, full-time individual to act as administrative lead of the health office and assistant to the Medical, Health Services and Counseling Directors. Our dynamic and active boarding school health center operates similar to a 24/7 urgent care center and requires a knowledgeable, multi-task oriented, and organized individual to attend to critical operational responsibilities such as busy reception, routine clerical duties, co-planning project based work, multi-faceted appointment scheduling, medical records management, maintaining administrative functioning of the health center, and liaison to ancillary clinical services. We are looking for a confident, clerically adept, adaptable, attentive individual for daytime weekday hours who can both lead and be led, while working as a critical member of a small but strong team of health care professionals whose priority is to promote the health and wellness of our residential school community.
Summary of Qualifications:
An Associate’s degree is required with at least two years administrative office experience;
Proficient computer skills and comfort with current office technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Google Apps (i.e. Gmail, drive, calendar, etc.);
Experience with electronic medical record systems and English proficiency are required;
Keen customer service and public relations mindset, inclusive of effective and refined communication skills for use with peers, parents and adolescent patients; and
Critical attention to detail and strong organizational skills
