We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate internal communications specialist to join our Consulting Marketing team to support cross-Consulting priorities and connectivity to our networks.
What you'll do:
You will work closely with communications counterparts as well as business stakeholders to coordinate communications efforts in support of driving Deloitte Consulting's growth strategy. Your work will involve:
Developing and delivering impactful content designed around storytelling principles to drive meaningful engagement with internal audiences
Collaborating and aligning with internal stakeholders to activate and cascade priority messages and campaigns across network channels
Optimizing internal communications channels and vehicles in support of strategic business priorities to maximize impact
Collecting and analyzing data to support internal stakeholders in understanding performance of communications' tactics; making recommendation to adjust strategies and enhance approaches in an agile fashion based on performance benchmarks and KPIs
Ideating and exploring creative and innovative approaches to engage and / or target internal audiences
Managing intranet site content and design strategy and execution; ensuring content is performing and adjusting accordingly, as needed
Identifying opportunities to be more consistent and effective at managing workflow, promoting team "wins," and sharing lessons learned
Contributing to a high-performing team by sharing best practices across communications, marketing, and business stakeholders / cohorts in support of communications excellence across the organization
Investigating and piloting technologies designed to enhance the impact of the internal communications organization

Communications professional with a minimum of 5+ years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, and / or Journalism is a plus
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects / priorities
Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and strategies
Detail-oriented with fantastic follow-through skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling and presentation skills
Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
Experience working in a matrixed organization, large corporate settings, or professional services organizations with a virtual team a plus
Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior leaders
Proficient in MS Office suite-including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive; knowledge of the latest internal communications measurement platforms and creative content display platforms a plus
Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
