Impact You'll Make:
HR Communications sits at the nexus of employee engagement, strategy, brand and operations. We're looking for a talented and strategic internal communicator to join TransUnion's Corporate Communications team during a time of exciting growth.
You'll be responsible for planning, writing and producing communications that engage TransUnion's associates, strengthening connection to our brand, celebrating our successes and ensuring awareness of important aspects of the associate experience (e.g. - benefits, compensation, etc.).
You'll write - a lot. A journalistic mindset - the ability to see news from the audiences' perspective and ask questions of business partners to drive for clarity - is essential. Equipped with that information, you'll develop communication plans and associated deliverables, including leadership communications, intranet articles, presentations and other associate-facing materials. Along the way, you'll track key performance metrics, listen to feedback from our associates, and adjust our plans as needed.
TransUnion's internal communications approach focuses on outcomes over output. You'll lead conversations with HR business partners to understand their business objectives, then develop, articulate and execute the strategies that deliver the mutually determined outcomes.
We're strategic partners to our colleagues in HR. A consulting mindset and leadership presence are critical.
This is a great opportunity for an innovator to contribute your creativity and make a meaningful difference as we engage our associates - strengthening their connection to TransUnion and bringing clarity and consistency during a time of dynamic transition.
