Jefferson College is seeking a Coordinator of Enrollment Services. The incumbent will monitor class schedule to ensure course sections are built appropriately and accurately. Responsible for assigning all course fees. Communicate with associate deans regarding needed corrections and assist in making the corrections. Maintain and update Enrollment Services web pages, including an annual review and update of all degree and certificate plans. Assist in preparing VA student certifications and maintain required documentation in VA student files. Lead the drop for non-payment process. Coordinate communication including texts, emails, and phone communication to students at risk for being dropped for non-payment. Identify students who fail to begin participation in classes and send appropriate communication. Responsible for maintaining supply of new student packets and ensuring updated versions of materials. Create and maintain an electronic version of the new student packet. Serve as point person for the change of major process. Determine appropriate timing of processing electronic requests to change major while reassigning appropriate academic advisors. Provide supervision, guidance, support, and back-up to the Enrollment Services Assistants. Also provide guidance and support to part-time advisors with enrollment processes. Maintain inventory and coordinate ordering of all supplies needed for College photo ID stations, including ID cards, printer ribbons, and term stickers. Assist with the execution of enrollment and registration initiatives. Work with the Admissions and Marketing and Public Relations teams to plan and coordinate enrollment events.

Qualifications: Associate’s Degree and three years of related experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills required. Must have proven ability to work as part of a team and to provide guidance in a leadership role. Accurate database administration required. Proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office, required. Knowledge of student enrollment process and financial aid required. Must have the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Excellent attention to detail required. Supervisory experience and experience working with Ellucian Banner preferred.
