Fragomen is searching for a dynamic SeniorTalent Acquisition Specialist, based in our Pittsburgh Immigration Technology Innovation Lab, to support recruitment for the firm’s IT function and other corporate groups, as needed.
The role will handle recruiting for our IT division, consisting of: Analytics & Reporting, Application Development, Enterprise Operations, IT Communications & Training, IT Security & Compliance, IT Service & Support, and Product Innovation & Design. The ideal Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will have experience recruiting at a tech firm, or IT department of a large corporation or law firm – and must be comfortable operating in a fast paced, high volume environment.

What do Fragomen Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists do?
Work closely with HR colleagues, Corporate Directors and hiring managers, to meet the high-volume recruiting initiatives for the team
Manage all aspects of interview process including sourcing, screening, scheduling/coordinating interviews, soliciting feedback from hiring managers, offer management and proving timely update to candidates
Participate in weekly IT Leadership Meetings to provide updates and expertise and keep abreast of current initiatives and staffing needs
Maintain data input and status of recruitment activity in firm’s ATS system (Workday)
Initiate reference checks using our SkillSurvey reference system
Work with HR and Finance partners to ensure all appropriate new hire requisitions are entered in Workday in a timely manner for financial approval and assist with monthly corporate new hire reporting
Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Work with selected recruiting vendors for contingent staffing, including negotiating hourly rates
Effectively communicate with and positively influence candidates and hiring managers
Act as an integral member of broader Talent Acquisition team helping to strategize and facilitate best in class recruitment practices, specifically surrounding IT recruiting and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts (DE&I)
Provide analysis and knowledge of recruiting market and trends
Assist with other corporate recruiting initiatives (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) as needed

What qualifications and experience will make you successful?
A minimum of four years of recruiting experience, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in IT recruiting
Workday Recruiting experience highly preferred but not essential
Experience scheduling interviews using Webex Meetings and Webex Teams preferred
Strong sourcing and headhunting experience, including expert LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking skills
Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload
Must be able to handle pressure, and be comfortable working on multiple projects
Ability to work within a fast pace environment with changing priorities
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm
Sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills
