Harpeth Hall seeks an energetic and organized professional to serve as the Alumnae Relations Manager who will partner with the Director of Alumnae Relations. The Alumnae Relations Manager helps to develop and support alumnae programs, facilitates alumnae communications, and enhances alumnae engagement. Specific responsibilities include: supporting the Alumnae Association Board and other alumnae advisory groups; managing mailings and registrations for alumnae reunions and events; enhancing and updating website content; maintaining the alumnae class notes; creating e-publications and collaborating on social media and other communications strategies; building and supporting the alumnae class ambassador program; and fostering positive relationships and networking opportunities with alumnae, alumnae volunteers, and other key constituent groups. The individual must possess excellent organizational and project management skills, event planning experience, and strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office and communications/marketing tools; Raiser’s Edge experience is a plus. Harpeth Hall alumna preferred. This non-exempt position is full-time.

College degree and three or more years experience in marketing, public relations and/or alumnae relations, fundraising or related field.

Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge experience or similar database system preferred. Microsoft Office and Google Docs experience required. Knowledge and experience with website content management, Photoshop and/or other graphic design software is helpful. Social media skills essential.
Must have excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills, in addition to excellent interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated customer service orientation. Strong organizational skills required with the ability to handle multiple tasks and sometimes conflicting deadlines. Experience and skill at being a team player required. Experience in planning events and managing logistics.
