Normal Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:45 pm with some nights and weekends
Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall daily administration of one or more programs. Serves as a liaison between program and other departments or community.
Additional Department Summary: Program Coordinator works with the Director of Research and Publications as well as the Marketing Manager to develop, implement and produce communication plans and activities that support the goals of a specific department, area, college, and/or The University.
Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, digital media, advertising, marketing, or communications and two years (2) years of graphic design, marketing, or communications experience.
Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, digital photography, and the Microsoft Suite. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, and/or HTML/CSS. Ability to provide technical support for marketing and communication efforts that utilize effective communications tools, techniques, and software that target various audiences through traditional and social media platforms. Strong planning and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital photography, videography, and/or managing WordPress websites.
