This position is part of the Investor Relations (IR) Team at Constellationâs High Point offices in Victor, NY. The chosen candidate will play a key role on the IR Team and provide integral support to the SVP, Investor Relations for a proactive IR program, including extensive interaction with the institutional investment community and considerable exposure to the companyâs senior management team.
Build and maintain effective relationships and frequently interact with external constituents to effectively communicate information regarding Constellationâs financial performance, strategy, and future direction â primarily with the investment community including buyside and sell-side investors, as well as debt holders.
Drive investor outreach and targeting initiatives â including company sponsored IR events, investor conferences and investor âroadshowsâ; actively participate in these initiatives including IR-only events and those including Senior Management.
Execute annual targeting plans and strategies designed to influence institutional investor mix. Â Â
Answer external inquiries about Constellationâs business, strategies, and financial information â verbal (via phone), written (via e-mail), and face-to-face (in-person and virtual).
Play lead role in the management and execution of the quarterly sales and earnings process.Â Participate in or drive quarterly meetings with business managers to gain insight into results; assist in or pro-actively drive the content development for the press release, management scripts and Q&A preparation; participate inÂ prep meetings with Constellation senior management; analyze quarterly financials to facilitate process.
Drive content development for stand-alone press releases and related Q&A preparation for M&A/divestiture announcements and other financial transactions.
Stay current on Constellation strategy/financials/performance, peer company performance and related activities, industry news, financial market trends, sell-side analyst reports and valuation models. Summarize and brief company management on key issues that may impact share price in a pro-active and timely fashion. Understand and be able to clearly articulate what makes Constellation a differentiated investment option.
Become an âexpertâ about Constellationâs business model and operations and the industry in which Constellation operates by regularly reviewing industry statistics and market share data and comparing versus internal information â plan/strategic plan presentations, ongoing forecasts, etc.
Continue to work collaboratively with the Communications Team to ensure alignment with Corporate Reputation and CSR/ESG initiatives while driving message consistency across various communications channels. Proactively enhance understanding of STZâs ESG story among investors.
Develop and evolve current and longer-term investor messaging on an on-going basis that is closely aligned with the companyâs strategic objectives.
Continually evolve investor presentation materials for quality, accuracy, and alignment with current and longer-term. company-wide, strategic messaging.
Assist with Annual Report, Proxy, 10-K, 10-Q and Annual Meeting processes.
Participate in all company driven initiatives that require communication with external investor constituents.
Build and maintain strong, working relationships between IR and business operating units, Corporate Communications, External Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax, external vendors, etc.
Complete and provide quality review of financial and shareholder analyses as needed.
Understand business, accounting, and regulatory issues as they arise and their impact on results.
Develop recommendations and implement solutions to various IR related issues and disclosure challenges that arise on an ad-hoc and frequent basis.
Participate in or lead various special projects and problem solve as needed.
Train, develop and provide growth opportunities for IR Team members.

Bachelorâs degree in Business (preferably Finance or Accounting) OR C.P.A./M.B.A. completed or in process of completing
At least 10 to 12 years of experience required from a combination of IR (at least 5 years IR experience) and related business experience. Â Â
CPG experience from a Fortune 500 Company is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
