The Kidney Care Business Communications Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of our communication strategy within a newly formed organization within CVS. This individual will partner with several areas within Kidney Care such as Training and Development, PMO and Product Teams to ensure consistency and timeliness of communications as appropriate while ensuring the message is communicated effectively.
Responsibilities: â¢ Develop and deliver communication materials representing Kidney Care to a variety of audience levels â¢ Assess current and future communication gaps and opportunities while developing new and innovative ways to deliver communications to ensure knowledge is spread accordingly in order to enable a successful rapidly growing organization â¢ Create, own and drive communication strategy for Kidney Care organization â¢ Create and own Kidney Care communication calendar to ensure appropriate timing â¢ Ability to develop new and innovative ways to deliver communications in a fast-paced environment â¢ Create and own communications/ blogs/ newsletters representing Kidney Care â¢ Draft and edit content for maximum impact and clarity â¢ Assist in the compilation and roll up of presentations â¢ Contribute to the development of executive presentations for internal audiences â¢ Produce outstanding omni-channel design solutions â¢ Measure progress and results, adjust as needed to achieve necessary outcomes â¢ Analyze problems or opportunities from different points of view to find optimal solution
As the Kidney Care Business Communications Senior Manager, you will have experience in communicating to large and varied audiences through visuals (newsletters, landing pages, new process communications, etc.) that make a meaningful impact while helping connect the message to the people and work.
Required Qualifications â¢ 5+ years of Internal Communications experience â¢ 3+ years of leading strategy experience â¢ Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications â¢ Experience developing strategic and day to day communication plans for a variety of audiences and organizations through digital and print â¢ Experience working with multiple clients over multiple lines of business â¢ Experience in healthcare insurance industry preferred â¢ Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills displaying a high degree of professionalism â¢ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail â¢ Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment across multiple channels that changes rapidly â¢ Experience with building new communication strategies while working with a continuous mindset â¢ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Power Point, Word and Excel. â¢ Strong knowledge in Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) â¢ Advanced experience in SharePoint design, maintenance and build
