The Assistant to the Head of the School autonomously supports the Head in all aspects of his work. Discretion, independent judgment and confidentiality is required. The Assistant to the Head of School embodies and communicates Dunn School’s mission and core values. Makes recommendations for action on matters of consequence to the school subject to final authority of the Head of School. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Head’s schedule, communication among all constituencies, liaison with the Board of Trustees, dissemination of housing agreements, internal communication on behalf of the Head, and communication and coordination of numerous faculty and administrative matters pertinent to Head.
