IBA, a DLH company, is currently recruiting for a Strategic Advisor to support our government client in Ft. Detrick, MD. The Strategic Advisor will facilitate strategic communications between internal and external stakeholders on current and evolving medical technology innovation.  The Strategic Advisor will provide advice to senior leadership and develop content with cross-functional teams ensuring seamless communication internal to the organization, and with external stakeholders. The Strategic Advisor will consume information from multiple disparate data sources and formulate a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with and supports notional telehealth technology roadmaps.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Possess an in-depth understanding of the organization’s mission, products and services and be able to write publications, internal correspondence, and executive level briefings.
• Develop comprehensive strategic planning.
• Support senior leaders and both technical, programmatic, and public affairs teams.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations that support strategic initiatives such as the development and enhancement of the organization’s strategic roadmap.
• Work with the customer to ensure that recommended solutions meet the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Provide precise communications to government and contractor leadership regarding work being proposed or performed, productivity, process improvements, and status.
• Other duties as assigned.
