Identifies new external partners to advance strategic priorities. Ensures the communication and collaboration with internal and external community members and leadership to achieve strategic priorities.
Performs other related work as needed.
MBA or equivalent education.
Seven to ten years experience.
Proven leadership skills as a senior executive leading a company or major division of an organization.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Effective interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor other executives and leaders within the organization.
Proven track record in successfully managing a profit center.
Accomplished performance history building and developing successful teams.
Working knowledge in a matrix management, for-profit organization.
Background in environmental policy and advocacy.
