The Assistant Director of Residential Life works to create a healthy, safe, and thriving environment for students, helping them adjust to living and learning with other students through a variety of services and activities.
The Assistant Director is responsible for coordination, leadership, and supervision of the contracting and assignment process for our residential facilities comprise of a combination of traditional halls and houses. This highly collaborative position is a key role as a member of the leadership team that provides oversight and assessment for a comprehensive residential housing program for approximately 95% of the 2000 undergraduate students.

The successful candidate possesses a master’s degree in college student personnel or a related field and has two plus years post-masters, full-time residential life experience. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Symplicity, Colleague, and Microsoft suite programs.
