The Program Director for Experiential Learning directs a comprehensive suite of programs facilitating career exploration, skill development, and reflection to engage students in an active career discernment process throughout college. This position will implement strategies to increase participation of diverse students across a range of opportunities in collaboration with faculty and staff colleagues.
The Program Director manages the administration of student-facing elements of the externship and internship programs to support the career development process of students, provides career guidance to students through individual and groups through a variety of methods, and will research and participate in conversations related to best practices in experiential learning.
