Position Summary: Assistant Director of Corporate Student Engagement reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships. The Recruiter is primarily responsible for increasing new enrollments from the United Parcel Services (UPS) account. The Recruiter will look for opportunities for TESU to enhance its educational services to UPS across the United States. The Recruiter will strengthen and increase current UPS enrollments and help develop new partnerships opportunities within UPS. The Recruiter will provide onsite briefing at UPS locations throughout the United States and may spend up to 50% of their time on local and US state travel on the road recruiting new students at various UPS locations. (adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines) The Recruiter will also conduct virtual presentations and reach out to UPS contacts to increase UPS recruiting events. The Recruiter will work with UPS and TESU Academic Affairs to increase the number of UPS training programs that have TESU Prior Learning Reviews for academic credit. The Recruiter will assist with other strategic partnerships accounts on an as needed basis.
Position Primary Responsibilities: • Increase New UPS enrollments • Travel to UPS locations across the country on a continual basis, travel up to 50%. • Conduct virtual presentations and recruiting webinars to UPS personnel on a continual basis • Coordinate with UPS training schools to update Professional Learning Reviews (PLR) for popular degree programs for UPS employees • Increase engagement and partnership opportunities across UPS • Increase partnership opportunities specifically with UPS aviation and logistics organizations • Develop a marketing strategy and active outreach campaign for UPS territories • Develop, with the Senior Director of Strategic Partners, a strategy to cultivate engagement between leaders of UPS Corporate, UPS Capital, UPS Inside Sales, UPS Brokerage, Supply Chain and UPS Freight with TESU leaders • Serve as Project Manager for the TESU UPS landing pages ensuring degree credit pathways are updated and UPS students are receiving accurate cursory reviews • Coordinate information for the UPS.com website and TESU UPS landing page • Discuss potential changes to UPS partnership, including tuition and fees, with the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and manage any changes with the UPS partners and TESU stakeholders • Coordinate with the Admissions team all issues related to UPS prospects and applicants • Assist with the TESU-UPS College counseling program
Position Goals: • Increase New UPS enrollments annually • Increase the number UPS students enrolled in the TESU Bachelor to master’s Program • Increase the number of UPS locations with active TESU recruiting events • Coordinate with UPS training schools to update Professional Learning Reviews (PLR) for TESU degree programs for UPS • Coordinate three speaking engagements or presentations for TESU leaders, including the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, with key UPS leaders • Develop a UPS marketing and outreach campaign that increases prospects, applicants, and enrollments • Ensure the TESU UPS landing page is updated as TESU academic program requirements change • Ensure University leaders are aware of any changes in UPS policies and procedures • Create new and innovative ways to enhance the UPS partnership with TESU.
Requirements Education: A Bachelor degree is required. Experience in the recruiting market can be substituted for educational qualifications as determined by the appointing authority.
Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in higher education admissions, advising and/or transfer services and experience with community college partnership programs and/or recruiting or equivalency as determined by the appointing authority. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and thrive in an environment where they operate independently and develop innovative plans and programs to grow enrollments in TESU undergraduate degree programs.
