Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Coordinator of Program Partnerships and Engagement for the Chicago Semester Program. The Coordinator Works to build new college/university partnerships, helping Chicago Semester increase its growing list of 30+ institutional partners. Works to identify and maintain department level connections at potential partner campuses through research, communication and networking. Collaborates with CS admissions team to strategize innovative approaches to expand programming at current partner colleges/universities. Leads efforts to develop alumni programming to build and maintain relationships with CS alumni through regular communication and events. Regular travel is required, approximately 10-12 weeks per year.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

1) Cultivate and maintain relationships with new colleges/universities by forging networking connections, making introductory visits to campuses and forming partnerships (average of 20 new college introductions per year).
2) Research and identify leads and internship gaps at colleges/universities. Find specific ways to position CS as a meaningful experience to potential campus partners.
3) Exhibit at conferences to network with faculty at staff (average 3 conferences per year).
4) Work closely with CS admissions team to expand partnerships at current CS partner colleges/universities.
5) Develop programming to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of CS alumni, locally and regionally near our partner campuses.
6) Maintain regular strategic communication with alumni via direct contact, email blasts, and social media and further connecting alum with CS staff.
7) Contribute to the program’s fundraising efforts by assisting with the program’s annual Chicago Semester Fund campaign, annual fundraising event and other advancement activities, helping to cultivate and strengthen the program’s donor base.
8) Collaborate with the CS admissions team to host regional alumni events in partner campus communities, working together to plan and promote the event to alumni (average of 3 events per year).
9) Maintain alumni database (Slate) and update records on a regular basis.
10) Work closely with Coordinator of Recruitment and Marketing to strategize the program’s social media presence and management to engage alumni and potential campus partners.
11) Work with Coordinator of Internships to cultivate early alumni engagement in current students, assisting with student life events and workshops related to professional development curriculum.
12) Support strategic planning initiatives as assigned in the program’s 2021-2024 strategic plan.
13) Other duties as assigned

A Bachelor’s degree is required with 2 years’ experience in sales or higher education recruitment/marketing preferred. Other qualifications include a self-starter that aims for achievement, is strategic, creative and able to identify and built upon leads and opportunities efficiently, strong communication and networking abilities, able to quickly establish connections, build relationships and work to maintain them. Also, an adaptable collaborator, able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment to achieve program goals.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license required for regular travel to college campuses. Regular travel, approximately 10 – 12 weeks a year required via plane, car and public transit.
