Promotes patient and family centered care by collaborating with entity key stakeholders, hospital administration, and Quality leadership. Oversees patient and customer service focus for the hospital, creating a supporting and healing environment for the patient and their families. Identifies organizational opportunities for delivering a superior patient experience based on customer feedback, proactive consultation, satisfaction results, and analysis of complaints and grievances. Serves as the entity champion for HCAHPs initiatives.

Bachelors degree orequivalent experience
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years of related experience in hospitality or public relations Alternate dispute resolution training and/or mediation training or certification and/or conflict resolution training preferred Medical Terminology knowledge preferred Previous hospital patient representative experience preferred Previous leadership experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations
