Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Associate Director of Women’s Affinity Engagement oversees the Women’s Society of Washington University, the Woman’s Club of Washington University, and other assigned programs. The Senior Associate Director will work closely with the volunteer leadership and membership of each group, helping facilitate volunteer-driven efforts to provide educational and networking opportunities to the St. Louis community, leveraging the strength of the university’s robust network of friends, alumni, and students. This position will serve as advisor to volunteer leadership as they plan, manage, and execute events and programs. This position also will serve as the liaison between the groups and University Advancement (UA) partners and fundraisers as they focus their time and efforts on fostering relationships with club members who also are in their fundraising portfolios. The Senior Associate Director of Women’s Affinity Engagement also has management responsibility for two coordinators. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $60,801 - $75,000 annually.
