We are looking for a Brand and Reputation Manager to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN ! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading. It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but the Reputation Manager works to elevate the Premise Health brand and reputation by partnering with stakeholders to generate awareness of the company and its offerings; ensure brand alignment across properties and platforms; forge trusted relationships with key audiences; and develop and execute on strategic marketing and communications plans. The position requires the ability to think strategically and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable collaborating across teams, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing demands and priorities. What You’ll Do for Us: Lead initiatives that enhance marketplace recognition and perceptions of Premise Health, with the goal of supporting a strong reputation and brand identity Serve as a brand guardian and champion, ensuring messaging, positioning, and creative alignment across various properties and platforms, including: Websites for Premise Health and associated brands Sales material and collateral Digital campaigns driving overarching brand awareness Develop messaging and positioning that differentiate Premise and resonate with key stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and media Spearhead thought leadership initiatives that differentiate Premise and position the company as an industry innovator Develop thought leadership angles that align with the overall Premise Health message and position Create and execute content strategy for LinkedIn, focused on elevating engagement with Premise and the company’s executive leadership Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to determine awards and recognitions that Premise should pursue; contribute to application submissions Work to enhance and protect the Premise reputation online, including: Partner with marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate the Premise brand on third-party platforms and sites Keep a pulse on online conversations, with a focus on monitoring and responding to reviews Engage key audiences to amplify reputation opportunities and mitigate threats Support overarching media relations strategy, including: Source stories, proof points, and data that help tell the Premise story Contribute to media campaigns that align with the overall Premise message and position Develop talking points, FAQs, presentations, and briefs to prepare executives for public engagements where they represent Premise Oversee select vendor relationships Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent work experience Experience: 5+ years of agency or in-house communications/public relations experience. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to deliver results in high pressure situations, under deadline pressure Crystal clear communication, both written and oral; ability to synthesis complex information and present it simply and effectively Self-starter and creative thinker; demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment Requirements as set forth in the specific contract for the site may include working flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends.
