We are seeking a Director, Bids and Proposals to lead RFP response efforts across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and prepare cost and/or business proposal volumes, including detailed pricing models and documentation
  • Lead collaboration of cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure compliance with the solicitation, DCAA, and company policies
  • Build and maintain tools and templates to streamline proposal response processes
  • Analyze and interpret complex Government RFP requirements, including contract requirements, FAR/DFAR clauses, terms & conditions
  • Advise and support contract and subcontract review, negotiation, and execution, and compliance

 

Requirements:

  • Exclusive U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance is required
  • Minimum 5 years of Government-related RFP or contracts experience, specifically in proposal preparation, contract review and/or negotiation, is required
  • CFCM or CPCM certifications is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or technical engineering is preferred
