![]() Webster University Position Number: S0962 Job Description Summary: The campus director serves as the senior administrative officer for the Luke AFB campus and is charged with student recruiting, enrollment, and customer satisfaction. The director provides liaison with local military commands and implements programs and policies for the purpose of meeting the overall goals and objectives of the university. The director reports to the Senior Director Military Campus Operations. Minimum Qualifications Masters degree Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of modern principles, methods, and techniques of higher education administration and program planning. Ability to express oneself clearly and effectively in oral and written form. Ability in the area of communication and interpersonal skills. Supervisory skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with military commands, community organizations, and the general public. Strong persuasive and presentation skills required. Essential Duties Primary responsibility is recruitment, enrollment, and student satisfaction for all modalitieson ground, synchronous online, and asynchronous online. Provides guidance to students regarding services, programs, policies, procedures, and other university related issues. Directs and coordinates programs, projects, and activities at campus. Develops and maintains effective relationships with military commands and other organizations, both public and private, and sees that the position of the university is enhanced in accordance with the policies and objectives of the university. Works with local and other organizations as necessary to plan, evaluate, recommend policies, procedures, and action to achieve university goals. Plans, coordinates, and conducts student recruitment and public relations programs to increase student enrollments and enhance university brand awareness. Conducts regular formal and informal performance reviews to evaluate and counsel employees and clearly define university and campus vision, values, goals, objectives and duties. Develops, recommends, and operates within an annual budget. Ensures that all funds, physical assets, and other property of the university are appropriately safeguarded and administered. Ensures that supervisor is kept fully informed on the conditions and operations of the Luke AFB campus. Interviews and recommends prospective faculty for hire and orients new faculty of university policy and processes. Prepares and submits reports as necessary to carry out functions of the extended campus including those required to stay in state and federal compliance.
