The Corporate Communications Specialist executes and plans communication strategies that build audience understanding and support of company and divisional goals, business practices and actions. Works with internal clients (generally divisional leadership or designees, and project teams) to develop communications that help achieve identified objectives, and at the same time inform and motivate agents and employees. Creates accurate and persuasive messages; determines the best medium and timing for delivering messages; and secures approvals from appropriate stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Demonstrated experience in communications or a related field.
Demonstrated experience writing communications.
Solid knowledge and understanding of communications tools, techniques and best practices.
