NACCAP Executive Director North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals NACCAP exists to provide professional development, support, and encouragement for Christian College, Graduate School, and Seminary admissions personnel and Christian High School guidance counselors across North America. More than 350 colleges, universities, high schools, seminaries and graduate schools enjoy the benefits of NACCAP membership at present.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director will plan, organize, and direct the business of NACCAP and its headquarters office in accordance with the constitution, policies, and procedures established by the membership and the Board of Directors. He/she will work to continually advance Christian education as a viable option for students. In this role, he/she will serve undergraduate, graduate, adult, professional, seminary and high school constituencies in those efforts by interfacing with and providing relevant growth, networking and outreach opportunities for each. The position reports to NACCAP’s Board of Directors, oversees a staff of 10 and a budget over $2,000,000 and is based out of the organization’s offices in Huntington, Indiana.
