The Center for Academic Innovation at the University of Michigan is seeking a qualified Market Research Analyst to manage and facilitate market research efforts across the Center’s portfolio of online learning experiences. The Market Research Analyst will architect the design and collection of data on learners, competitors, and demand for initiatives across the portfolio as well as apply expertise in the integration of business objectives, survey design, and the foundations of statistical analysis. This role will serve as a key liaison between the Center for Academic Innovation teams leading educational research, online and hybrid degree programs, open learning experiences, and marketing and communications to support collaborative and cross-functional information-sharing and decision-making. This is not a remote position, however, due to COVID-19, the responsibilities of this role will be performed remotely until notified. The salary for this position will be based upon the selected candidate’s education and experience.
