Internal and Operations Communications Specialist (2002564) - Research Triangle Park, NC
Where the Chemistry Happens
Support employee communications programs for APN that drive engagement generally, with emphasis on the manufacturing/operations population. Provide direct support to the SVP and other key leadership team members on executive presentations, speeches, talking points and memos. Plan and execute employee town hall meetings, in-person events or virtual employee communications opportunities (videos, etc.) Develop content for internal publications, intranet and digital communication stations. Participate in KPI identification and measurement.
Formula for Success
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
7 years of corporate communications experience in-house or agency setting
Experience in agriculture, chemistry or manufacturing industries preferred
Experience supporting communications with manufacturing, operations or supply chain departments preferred.
Expert skills at Microsoft PowerPoint and knowledge of BASF brand standards for internal and external communication.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex theories or concepts into key messages for relevant audiences, particularly employee populations.
Knowledge of best practices around employee communications and engagement, including measurement and reporting
Strong writing and editing skills under tight deadlines.
