An exciting and challenging role as Business Management and Communications Specialist within International Wealth Management Compliance and Risk COO, reporting to the Head Business Management and Communications
The opportunity to gain insight into Risk and Compliance topics and to closely collaborate across these functions
The chance to lead a variety of business management tasks, including managing the management agenda, meetings and off-site events
You will also be involved in the roll out of central processes, such as the mid year and year end score cards, Conduct & Ethics survey rollout, CRES planning, and other tasks
Responsibility for different types of internal communications, including intranet updates, (virtual) events and Town Halls

Higher education in Business Administration, Communications or any related field
Proven experience of a minimum of six years in a similar role in a global matrix organisation
Flexibility to cover multiple topics and deliver on tight deadlines, outstanding organisational skills and an attention to detail, as well as a quality driven mindset
Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
Objective, results-oriented and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true partnership
