The Administrative Support Assistant III exists to provide administrative support to the UTC Counseling Center (UTCCC). This position is responsible for reception and facilitating intake processes for clients, managing client and staff schedules, maintaining electronic health records (EHR), compliance with confidentiality laws, and being the first point of contact with offices within and outside UTCCC.
Duties include: answering phone; greeting clients; scheduling appointments; maintaining student files; utilizing and maintaining EHR; managing and supporting psychiatric provider; and providing support entry in SAP (IRIS).
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Knowledge of general office tasks and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent public relations skills, communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a sense of professionalism and courtesy in high pressure situations.
High ability to learn and use scheduling software, record keeping software, and database computer programs.
Must have level of accounting skills in order to keep record of payments, data entry, etc.
