Assists the management team of a food service unit with overall supervision of the operation. Works with the management team to supervise, train, and direct all staff members in food preparation, order taking, and delivery of food products to a variety of customers. Ensures all university policies, unit operating standards, and procedures are communicated and maintained effectively. Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and procedures. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in food operations. Good communication and public relations skills. Available to work a flexible schedule including early morning, late night, and weekend shifts.
$13.90 per hour.
Approximately 29 hours per week.
Early shift: Any time between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Late shift: Any time between 3:00 p.m. and midnight.
All shifts will have weekend rotation.
Management reserves the right to adjust schedule based on hours of operation.
