Essential Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Directs and oversees operations at extended campus. Implements university policy, strategy, and objectives as directed by higher authority. - Reports to division head or other campus director, depending on campus size and proximity. - Primary responsibilities are recruitment, enrollment, and student satisfaction for all modalitieson ground, synchronous online, and asynchronous online. - Coordinates with local and state organizations as necessary to plan, evaluate, recommend policies, procedures, and action to achieve university goals. - Develops and maintains effective relationships with local and regional organizations, both public and private and (for military campuses) with Education Service Office and local military commands. - Plans, coordinates, and conducts student recruitment and public relations programs to increase student enrollments and enhance university brand awareness. - Refers students to university advising and counseling resources for program planning, scheduling, and guidance - Provides front end talent acquisition for prospective faculty for interview and hire by academic departments and staff. Onboards new local faculty. Supervises faculty on timely reporting and use of Canvas, Starfish, WebNet+, etc. - Manages local staff, providing regular and required evaluations and counselling. - Recommends and administers local budgets and physical campus as appropriate. - Communicates regularly with peers and headquarters, via informal discourse and formal reports. - Works with headquarters staff and peers to develop and market new and existing programs to existing and potential customers. - Participates in multi-campus and multi-modality efforts to increase Webster business. - Works on project teams, university committees, and other efforts as needed.
