Development and Cloud Enablement (DCE) is seeking a Communications and Marketing Lead who will partner with technology groups to create, implement, measure, and report on the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications program for products, systems, and efforts within DCE.
Responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. Examples include, but are not limited to: writing, editing, document/presentation development, executive management review coordination, process improvement/redesign, and program oversight, as well as Town Halls, Roadshows, other Leadership speaking engagements.
Provides leadership in the integration/implementation of communications strategies.
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Experience within the Technology field with some level of understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), development and release practices, and the Cloud
Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
BS/BA or higher in English, journalism, professional writing, creative writing, education, or communications
Experience developing integrated communications strategies and plans that align with business objectives
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience communicating with leadership and business partners
4+ years of communications experience
4 + years of experience writing and editing internal communications in a corporate environment
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
