The Sales Executive (FinTech, Business Software) Role
You will sell our firm's products and services, either directly or through our valued partners, across your agreed sector, territory and portfolio. You will play a crucial role in the entirety of the sales process, from business development prospecting to closing sales; ensuring that all areas of the business are aligned and all necessary information is communicated clearly.
You will implement, manage and support business development campaigns within your territory, as well as managing and supporting the campaign in accordance with our strategy.
One of your most important roles will entail establishing and maintaining prospect coach relationships at all levels within both finance and IT, including C-Level, and effectively using them as coaches during the entirety of the sales process.
You will, above all, champion and advocate for our firm, demonstrating confidently the value our solutions can bring to clients. You must be commercially focused, risk adverse, reliable and focused on providing valuable outcomes aligned with our strategy.
It goes without saying that you must proactively keep on top of all relevant knowledge, industry trends and skills, and these must be aligned to our constantly evolving company culture, contributing towards internal communications where necessary.
Requirements for the Sales Executive (FinTech, Business Software) Role
Confidence in ability to achieve sales profitability, growth and account penetration within assigned territories using numerous structured inbound and outbound methods.
Consistency in programmatically identifying and managing new opportunities.
Firm understanding of our products' offerings, competitors and the ability to clearly articulate the value of our software/services.
Ability to support the entirety of our complex sales process and liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure all client requirements and expectations are understood and met.
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with senior level (C-level) contacts.
Ability to successfully maintain direct partner relationships (at Partner level) and become a credible expert within your territory.
Ability to generate the creation of sales material in line with requirements.
Ability to execute and update sales plans including competitive counter tactics to set our products/services and position apart, best aligning with prospect's requirements.
Ability to add to proposal process (budgetary proposals, Request for Information/Proposals).
Ability to work with senior commercial teams in negotiating and closing complex deals.
