Description of Work:
Work with Eastern Nebraska Research and Extension Center (ENREC) Marketing and Promotions Manager to provide support for Extension programs, events, and marketing efforts. Duties include assisting with creating, maintaining and monitoring web content and social media plans and posts; developing shared instructional content for use by linked county offices; assisting with creating program materials; and providing photography assistance. Other duties may include registering attendees and arranging presenters, purchasing supplies, coordinating catering, distributing event materials, creating signage, and inputting event evaluations. Other duties as assigned. Travel to off-site programs and events required.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or a closely related field plus two years of office support or program/project support experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Experience must demonstrate excellent accuracy, detail, and organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and proofread. Valid driver's license required to coordinate, attend, and support events in Eastern Nebraska.
Experience editing websites and social media for an organization or company. Experience with photography. Experience working with vendors and services. Event support experience. Coursework or experience in an ag-related field helpful.
Posted Salary: $16.803/hr minimum
