The Office Coordinator position supports the colleges fundraising activities conducted by the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations.Primary responsibilities include maintaining the office’s extensive files, handling internal tracking and distribution for all proposals, reports, correspondence, and manages the offices data.
The Office Coordinator works closely with the Director to coordinate and review proposals, including, but not limited to, word processing, reconciling edits and versions from multiple sources, and ensuring submission by external deadlines. Scrutinize program guidelines during the preparation of grant proposals and revise various components to ensure adherence to often extensive and detailed funder guidelines.
The successful candidate has an Associate’s degree and three to five years of relevant administrative experience. General familiarity with computer systems, tools, and Microsoft suite programs.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelors degree and more than five years of administrative experience in higher education.
