1) The Operations & Communications Assistantwill be responsible for communications within the Center and coordinating operations.
2) Communications consists of internal communications within the Center, such as developing content and disseminating CCHEâ™s monthly newsletter, updating our archive of manuscripts for the Center, disseminating Center announcements, and external communications - which includes: creating reports and materials for the community around research results, updating our website, and using social media to provide center updates (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
3) Coordinate operations such as equipment and supply orders and managing vendor contracts and payments.
4) This position will also complete operational tasks, such as working with contractors to set up agreements/ contracts, updating budgets/ allocating purchases for service projects, etc.
5) Work on other development tasks such as data reporting, grant writing, and strategic planning.
6) This position will be within the administrative arm of the Center for HIV Elimination and will be supervised by the Senior Manager of Center Growth & Development.
