Position Summary: This position, reporting to the Marketing Leader is primarily responsible for trade show management, product research and competitive intelligence. The Marketing Manager will support other marketing initiatives with project planning, coordination, budgeting, customer management and reporting. This is a full-time, exempt position at 45+ hours per week with 25% travel annually.
Plan and manage all aspects of trade events
Coordinate assigned marketing projects with team members and vendors
Manage premier dealer initiatives as assigned
Manage trade show budget
Plan and execute new product development research projects as assigned
Lead exploration of trade events in new and existing markets
Support content development as needed
Administer Customer Connection program
Ideal Candidate will possess the following skill/qualities:
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Knowledge of traditional marketing and marketing automation
Experienced with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Ability to diplomatically resolve conflict
Confident and positive attitude at work and when meeting new people
Analytical, process-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively in a team environment or alone
Ability to expertly manage time and multiple priorities
Competent business and creative writing skills with an eye for great content
Ability to lift 50 lbs. without restriction
Ability to drive a ¾ ton truck with cargo trailer
25% travel annually to support trade events, marketing initiatives and research projects which will include some travel on weekends.
Education & Experience:
College degree or 6+ years of related business experience
