High School diploma or equivalent.Â Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of two years prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare facility and/or as a Corporate Concierge.Â
Excellent public relations and communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Fire and Safety Certification.Â If employee does not have card upon hire one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
CPR Certificate or equivalent required.
The Patient/Guest Relations Representative (Concierge) is available to provide assistance to patients, their families, visitors and staff with regard to hospital services and resources in the surrounding community. The Concierge is the visible resource available to provide direction and assistance in a professional and hospitable manner, while adhering to patient privacy standards.
